What we offer

The organization offers a range of programs and services to help justice-involved individuals reintegrate into the community, find permanent homes and employment, reconnect with family, and form healthier relationships. We provide job training and employment opportunities, educational services, community outreach, peer support, mentoring programs, behavioral health services and substance use therapy, along with an array of life skills for individuals and families.

PLEASE NOTE that we will ONLY accept referrals (both previous applicants and current applicants) directly from NC Works Career Center - Harnett County.

Any applications submitted to the Rental & Utility assistance program without a referral directly from NC Works will be denied

Programs

Behavioral Health & Substance Use counseling

Referrals within our network of behavioral health services and substance use specialists will provide free or reduced mental health care and group therapy.

Health Care Assessments & Resources

We will provide referrals to health care specialists to do assessments for you and your family needs. We will host community health fairs that involves free screening checks for BP and Diabetes, etc.

Economic sustainability and Education resources

We provide a wealth of resources that includes education, job training, and employment services for anyone with barriers to employment, including those who have been impacted by the justice system. We encourage individuals who are low-income, formerly incarcerated and/or system-impacted to apply.

Family-oriented resources

We will provide teen and children educational activities that include mentoring, arts and crafts, and recreational activities. We will provide scholarships for summer programs and college scholarships for teens, as well as preparing them for leadership and community service within their communities.

Peer Support Services

We have established relationships with certified peer support advocates to guide individuals through the process of accessing needed services. These services include: education, employment, housing, substance use, health care, and family reunification to promote successful reentry and reintegration.
